If you are covered by a different insurance carrier, you will need to pay Dr. Goldman in full directly.  He can provide you claim forms for you to submit to the insurance company directly.

​How can I pay Dr. Goldman for co-payments, deductibles or out-of-pocket fees?
Dr. Goldman accepts cash, checks and credit cards (with a 3% transaction fee)​

 

​I received a notice that my insurance company has paid on my bill -- but I can't understand how they calculated their payment amount. Do you know?

​If we have received any such information from your insurance company, we'll be glad to share it with you. However, for answers to any questions about insurance payments, deductibles, or co-payments, you generally need to check with your insurance company.

 

When do I need to pay Dr. Goldman?

If you are covering only copayments, you can either pay at the end of each session, or at the end of the month.  If you are paying in full, he would request a payment at the end of each session.

 

How can I get receipts for my Flex Benefits?

Remind Dr. Goldman to give you a receipt when you make a payment and he will give it (or send it in response to payments received in the mail) to you.
